We have worked with Nairi for years! He is the most patient, clean, organized, KIND, attention to detail all- around contractor that can do literally anything. He is also very creative and has an eye for design; he will suggest and idea and we almost always go with it. I have recommended him to many friends and neighbors. Everyone comments on his professionalism. For us he has: redone our guest bathroom ( pictures attached) , measured and ordered and installed new windows throughout the house, fixed our bedroom ceiling that was leaking / big hole -after huge storm- he fixed it then got on the roof to check and came back again and again to make sure no more leaks. He has installed lights in our house, fixed holes etc. AND HE PAINTED our house ( the outside) which was done with such care and detail, that he came back the following week to re-touch a shutter that he didn't view as " perfect". Also very important to note: he painted it with the color we chose, and we didn't like the color once it was on the house. We asked him to RE-PAINT the whole house, and he didn't bat an eye. He said he only wants us to be happy. He's amazing to work with. He lives far away and he is ALWAYS on time. He is also very CLEAN. He cleans while he works. He is wonderful, so skilled in all he does, high regard for quality work and I HIGHLY recommend Nairi for any home improvement needs anyone has. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Nairi recently completed a total gut-renovation of the two bathrooms in our 1895 Victorian house, which hadn't been touched since the 80s. We are super happy with how they turned out and would absolutely work with him again. From the beginning of our contact about the project through to completion, Nairi was extremely responsive, honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and hard-working. His fees were also reasonable and transparent (in the very unreasonable bay-area market). He did all of the work himself (with a few assists by his wife), which guarantees a higher level of accountability and quality. In such an old house, there were of course surprises once the walls/floors were opened up. Nairi was clear about what the remedial options were and the costs of each. By the end of the project, we consider Nairi a friend and hope to work with him again. Thank you Nairi!

We recently used Nairi to remodel our bathroom, and could not be any happier with the end result. He's organized, efficient, and extremely communicative through the entire process. He takes great pride in his work and is a true craftsman. I highly recommend Nairi, and would use him again without hesitation.
